You know that means . . .
My mouth is already watering.
Anyway . . .
I made these blondies three times.
The second time I made them I forgot the pudding mix.
They were still delicious.
Here's my tips.
Use OREOs with as much icing as you can get. I know Double Stuff if always available, but the last time I made them with the super extra incredible icing runneth over version - I don't think they call it that though. Sometimes when you use OREOs in a recipe the original recipe is the best version, but in this case the more icing you get, the better.
As tempting as it might be to eat these while they are warm, let them sit overnight and get fully set.
They're ok when warm, but when you let them completely "harden up" they are slightly crunchy and chewy and magnificent. So don't waste them by eating them warm.
These are perfect to take somewhere where you are asked to bring dessert, for your family to munch on over a weekend, with coffee for breakfast, and as a great snack after you come home from the gym (did I say that?).
